U.S. Bank in Milwaukee is seeking a senior investments operations leader who will supervise a team handling accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers.

The role acts as a trusted advisor to clients, assesses changing business strategies, and guides issue resolution. The position requires extensive experience in alternative investments, strong communication and leadership skills, and will involve risk review, audit support, and managing complex fee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the alternative investments industry.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators responsible for accounting, administration and investor servicing.
• Acts as escalation point for clients and directs issue resolution and process changes.
• Reviews accounting and financial statements for audits and tax, and sets up accounting principles for unusual investments.
• Sets up/handles complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliations.
