Job summary

Newrez in Coppell, TX is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst II to manage daily and monthly activities for investor portfolios including remittances, reconciliations, and reporting in accordance with investor agreements.

You will prepare monthly investor reports, ensure timely remittance wires, research variances, and collaborate with finance teams to drive process improvements while supporting audits and controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2-4 years of Mortgage Servicing experience required; prior Investor Reporting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and monthly activities for investor portfolios (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/Ginnie Mae/Private), including remittances and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly investor reports and remittances along with related cash movements and accounting entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate remittance wires.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve investor issues and reporting exceptions.
• Assist with audits and develop process documentation and improvements.
