Job summary

OSP LP in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Investor Reporting Analyst to prepare, verify, analyze, and reconcile internal and external reporting for loan portfolios. You will process cash remittances, reconcile custodial accounts, and manage invoicing while ensuring adherence to client contracts and regulatory standards.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams across commercial, multifamily, and residential portfolios, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and timely turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• In lieu of bachelor’s degree, five plus years mortgage servicing analyst experience or equivalent.
• Experience in reconciliation and/or accounting/finance.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, balance, analyze, and process cash remittances and loan payoffs.
• Record and reconcile fees across servicing systems and verify integrity.
• Reconcile custodial accounts and manage invoicing and pricing changes.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, regulations and reporting standards.
• Analyze loan data, trends, and servicing performance; respond to client inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and manage cash flow.
• Produce special reports and tailor reports to client requirements.
