AmeriNat is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst in Las Vegas, NV to prepare and analyze reports for client loan portfolios, regulatory compliance, and internal performance metrics. The role involves processing cash remittances, reconciling custodial accounts, and invoicing across commercial, multifamily, and residential lines.

The ideal candidate has a accounting/finance background with strong analytical skills, experience in mortgage servicing, and mastery of Excel and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required or five+ years mortgage servicing/analyst experience.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in reporting software and advanced Excel required; collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, balance, analyze, and process cash remittances and loan payoffs across multiple lines.
• Record and reconcile fees due from counterparties and maintain integrity of fee processes.
• Reconcile custodial accounts and manage client invoicing with contract compliance.
• Analyze loan data, trends, and servicing performance to support reporting.
• Respond to client inquiries timely via email or phone; ensure timely turnarounds.
