Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly accounting reports for assigned investors, analyze results, and ensure timely compliance with investor guidelines. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily and monthly loan-level reports to trustee (e.g., Loan Modification Report, REO Liquidation Gains/Losses, Stop Advancing Report).
• Balance cash received against remitted cash, including advance activity tracking.
• Prepare wire transfers to remit funds to investors per servicing agreements.
