Qualifications

• A bachelor's or advanced degree, and at least one year of experience.
• Experience managing projects and processes, keen attention to detail, well-developed analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Capacity to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, investment management, or similar fields is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of hedge fund or alternative investments industry and an interest in artificial intelligence are pluses but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or help drive a varied portfolio of projects supporting senior Investor Relations staff and business unit management.
• Projects might include driving the team's annual goals and strategic initiatives, analyses that shape fundraising strategy, resource allocation within the team, developing generative AI capabilities and strategy, and reporting for internal audiences.
