Job summary

Referment is partnering with a global investment firm to recruit an associate for its investor-relations team. You will support relationship managers serving institutional investors and prospects while building an understanding of the firm’s capabilities and priorities.

The role blends responsive client support with longer-term process work. You will provide accurate responses to investor requests, help design processes, and develop relationship context so the team can communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years in financial markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management and attention to detail.
• Process-oriented, collaborative, able to work with colleagues at different levels.
• Commercial judgement, initiative and interest in AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers by cultivating investor and prospect relationships and handling inbound requests.
• Keep stakeholders informed about relevant strategy and business developments.
• Help design and maintain robust product development and prospecting processes.
• Build fluency in investment capabilities, capital markets and client priorities.
