You will respond to inquiries with accuracy, coordinate communications, and support onboarding while ensuring compliance and exceptional service to prospective and existing investors.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in investor relations or related fields.
• Strong relationship management and disciplined follow-through.
• Ability to explain factual information without investment recommendations.
• Exceptional phone presence and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor relations communications and administrative support.
• Provide factual information from approved offering materials with clarity.
• Respond to investor inquiries; coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Onboard new investors with smooth, informative processes.
• Escalate legal, tax, or investment-advice questions to the right person.
• Maintain investor database and track communications in CRM.
• Coordinate investor onboarding with Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Operations.
