Job summary

Goodman Masson is recruiting a Junior Sales Support Associate for a global hedge fund. You will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a senior sales professional, coordinating meetings, travel, calendars, and client appointments.

You will maintain accurate client and prospect data in the CRM, track interactions, and assist with reports and sales activity updates in a fast-paced alternative investments setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in Investor Relations, Operations, or Sales Support within the financial services industry.
• Experience gained at a reputable financial institution such as an investment bank, hedge fund, or asset management firm.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with institutional clients.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a senior sales professional.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and client appointments.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and complex schedules.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect information within the CRM system.

• Coordinate client communications and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Assist with preparing reports, sales activity updates, and management information.
• Monitor pipelines and help keep sales opportunities progressing smoothly.
