Job summary

ELCO Consulting seeks an Investor Relations Associate to join the team in the Bay Area. You will work with the firm’s Head of Investor Relations and Head of Business Development to service existing investors and support the fundraising process.

Responsibilities include distributing marketing and research materials to existing and prospective investors, and tracking progress of all new business development opportunities in Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in investor relations at hedge funds, PE, family office, or endowments/FOFs
• Strong undergraduate record from a top institution
• Exceptional technical skills with CRM platforms, data rooms & databases
• Outstanding communication and ability to manage multiple projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client seeks an Investor Relations Associate to join the team. Job responsibilities include:

• Work with the firm’s Head of Investor Relations and Head of Business Development to service existing investors and support the fundraising process
• Distribute marketing and research materials to existing and prospective investors
• Track progress and status of all new business development opportunities in CRM (Salesforce)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years of experience working in investor relations at a hedge fund, private equity fund, family office and/or endowment/FOFs
• Strong undergraduate track record from a top institution
• Exceptional technical skills: CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus), data room platforms and consultant/third party databases
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
