You will assist with investor inquiries, meetings, and presentation materials, ensuring timely, accurate communications and strong relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications or related field.
• At least 3 years in investor relations, client services, RFP writing, or financial operations.
• Knowledge of asset management or private equity preferred.
• Strong MS Office and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative process for investor transfers and wire updates.
• Coordinate documentation with Legal and Compliance.
• Triage and respond to investor emails; log in CRM.
• Maintain investor records in the CRM (Dynamo) and track deadlines.
• Prepare investor presentations and materials in PowerPoint/Excel.
• Assist with due diligence questionnaires and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Investments.
• Contribute to building a high-quality RFP library and templates.
• Ensure timely submissions with proper formatting and branding.

Education
