Job summary

Parkview Financial, based in Los Angeles, is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Investor Relations team. The role centers on raising capital for the firm's open-ended real estate credit fund and developing relationships with allocators.

You will support the full sales cycle, manage the investor pipeline, refine marketing materials, and travel to meet clients as needed. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office days Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of investor relations, capital raising, or related client-facing role
• Solid understanding of private wealth and institutional investors expectations in product, pricing, delivery, and support
• Hunter’s drive with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Persuasive written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to evaluate opportunities and fund performance

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage allocators including institutional investors, HNW individuals, family offices, and RIAs
• Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with increasing ownership over time
• Build and manage the investor pipeline in the CRM
• Help update and refine marketing materials for prospective investors
• Develop knowledge of Parkview’s offerings, systems, and processes to support new investor relationships
• Travel to meet investors as needed
