Job summary

Landing Point seeks a Product Support Associate to bolster investor relations for real estate investments. You will help design investor materials and support capital-raise and marketing initiatives, working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will oversee marketing collateral from concept to final product, communicate fund performance and macro-market commentary, and coordinate with global distribution sales and investment teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA from a highly regarded institution.
• 2-5+ years of experience in investment management, private equity, consulting, or investment banking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed project management skills.
• Ability to understand financial statements and investment performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to facilitate capital raise and marketing initiatives, including design and preparation of investor-facing materials.
• Oversee marketing projects and collateral from conceptualization to finished product.
• Communicate investment strategies, fund performance, and macro-market commentary internally and externally.
• Assist with ad hoc client and prospect requests.
• Liaise with global distribution sales and investment teams for product position and strategy updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships across internal stakeholders.
