Job summary

Landing Point is seeking a Senior Associate/VP for Client Operations to enhance investor relations and drive operational deliverables across our growing platform. The role will own reporting, onboarding coordination, and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely, accurate outputs for clients and partners.

You will partner with internal teams to improve portal operations, governance, and standardization of investor materials, while building out Client Operations as a centralized function.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in client operations, investor relations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to own and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives and operational processes.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Genuine interest in alternative asset management.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute investor reporting end to end, ensuring consistent and accurate delivery across the platform.
• Manage onboarding coordination, including tracking progress and following up with Nuveen Client Services to ensure timely completion.
• Partner with internal teams on investor servicing, portal operations, and issue resolution.
• Maintain recurring investor-facing materials, including firm overview decks, pitchbooks, and investor activity reporting.
• Manage cross-product deliverables requiring input from multiple teams, including consolidation and final production.
• Establish content governance and quality standards across shared investor materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements that streamline and standardize investor-facing operations.
• Support the build-out of Client Operations as a centralized function, contributing to both process design and execution.
