The role centers on building investor relationships from day one, supporting mandates, and expanding networks through shadowing calls and concise briefs. You will leverage Claude to enhance outreach and collaboration.

Qualifications

• You've built an investor network through a family office, placement, accelerator, fund, wealth management, or your own initiative.
• You know investors backing US-based startups and have made 100+ introductions.
• You communicate clearly, build trust, and use Claude confidently.

• Support the senior investor team on live mandates and build investor relationships from day one.
• Focus on investors, not admin, with software and AI handling technical work.

What You'll Own:

• Your book of investor relationships, brought and opened at Pairs.
• Mandate support, including investor qualification and briefing notes.
• New relationships and personal growth through shadowing calls and writing briefs.

Success After 3 Months:

• 70–150 investor relationships in your book.
• At least 10 meetings a week booked between clients and investors; 20–30 is strong.
