ORIX USA seeks an IR Generalist to act as the firm-level integrator across strategies, ensuring consistent, compliant investor communications and collateral for real estate debt and equity, plus private credit teams. You will respond to investor inquiries, coordinate RFPs/DDQs, and support onboarding with Sales and Investment teams.

The role emphasizes execution, governance, and scaling the investor experience, with a hybrid model and a base salary in the NY range plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in investor relations, fund marketing, product/RFP management, or business development within alternative asset management.
• Experience with real estate and private credit; strong quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with investor portals and data room platforms (e.g., Intralinks, Juniper Square) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Experience with RFP/DDQ processes and consultant databases (eVestment, Preqin).
• Understanding SEC Marketing Rule requirements and coordination with Compliance on review workflows.

Responsabilités

• Maintain ownership of strategy-specific marketing materials and collateral; ensure messaging consistency.
• Assist product strategists and investment teams with slide development and investor inquiry responses.
• Coordinate marketing governance and compliance across campaigns and materials.
• Lead RFPs, DDQs, and update consultant databases; collaborate with Sales and Product Strategists.
• Support investor onboarding and KYC/AML coordination; manage data room organization and access.
