Corten Real Estate in Philadelphia seeks a Senior Associate or Vice President to lead investor relations, fundraising, and capital formation efforts. The role centers on building and maintaining relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors while coordinating materials for events and road shows.

You will manage data, CRM portals (Dynamo, Investment Café, Juniper Square), and investor communications, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Formación

• 7+ years of investor relations experience with private funds, real estate investment or real estate marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or real estate emphasis preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors (Institutional and HNWs).
• Manage data and fundraising activities, including preparing materials and presentations.
• Plan and support investor meetings and road shows.
• Manage the Dynamo CRM portal, client specific content, marketing campaigns and data sites.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Completing RFPs and DDQs, investor surveys and addressing investor requests.
