Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or economics; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in private real estate investment funds and/or private equity with institutional investors.
• Comprehensive understanding of broad financial markets and indices.
• Track record of building and managing processes.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into concise formats.
• Strong financial modeling with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with data/analytics tools to support strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own daily IR operations including inbox management, data reconciliation and ad-hoc investor requests.
• Create and evolve investor communications and marketing materials with strong content design and presentation.
• Identify efficiencies and drive process improvements across the IR department.
• Maintain records across CRM, Qvidian, Preqin/Evestment and MS Office suite.
• Support SVP on investor event planning and related materials.
• Assist in producing fund offering documents.
• Develop materials and fundraising support for existing and new investor relationships.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative prospecting reports and research.
