Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate preferred.
• 2+ years in real estate private equity, investment banking, or structured finance.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct underwriting and market analyses for investment opportunities
• Assist in the due diligence process for new investments
• Prepare investment memoranda and documents for the investment committee
• Develop and update valuation models
• Conduct market research to identify new investment targets
• Help create marketing and reporting presentations
