Job summary

J.P. Morgan Natural Capital is seeking an Associate-level Investment Specialist / Investor Relations professional to support fundraising, business development, and client service across the Natural Capital platform.

You will help execute investor engagement, prepare fundraising materials, and support the platform’s rebrand and upcoming fund launch. You will collaborate with the Investment Specialist team, portfolio management, JPMorgan Asset Management & Wealth Management distribution

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, product or investment specialist support, institutional sales support, or similar client-facing roles within asset management or financial services.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and editing skills to translate complex investment concepts into client-ready messaging.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy in external-facing materials.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creativity.
• Interest in investments and ability to explain natural capital stories to internal partners and clients.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and investor engagement efforts for J.P. Morgan Natural Capital, including preparing for pitches, client meetings, and travel.
• Coordinate investor-facing workstreams for product launch readiness and ensure materials and data rooms are prepared.
• Prepare for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and diligence sessions with agendas and briefing materials.
• Manage investor relations deliverables: data rooms, RFPs, DDQs, and timely investor inquiries.
• Maintain investor pipeline and engagement records with notes and next steps.
• Create and refresh marketing materials and intellectual capital (pitchbooks, fact sheets, Q&A documents) aligned with the rebrand.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and materials.
