J.P. Morgan Natural Capital is seeking an Associate-level Investment Specialist / Investor Relations professional to support fundraising, business development, and client service across the Natural Capital platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, product or investment specialist support, institutional sales support, or related client-facing roles within asset management or financial services.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear client-ready messaging.
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality data accuracy in external-facing materials.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creativity.
• Interest in investments and sustainability storytelling of natural capital.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across internal teams, including senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and investor engagement efforts, including pitches, client meetings, and travel.
• Coordinate investor-facing workstreams for product launches, ensuring materials and data rooms are prepared.
• Prepare for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and diligence sessions, including agendas and follow-ups.
• Manage investor relations deliverables: data rooms, RFPs/DDQs, and timely inquiries.
• Maintain investor pipeline and engagement records with internal teams.
• Create and refresh marketing materials and intellectual capital aligned with rebrand and product roadmap.
• Coordinate across Product Strategy, Development, distribution, Market Insights, and Sustainable Investment to ensure messaging consistency.
• Develop understanding of timberland strategies and sustainability narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Support education with training materials for sales/distribution teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitive developments affecting fundraising and sustainability positioning.
• Project manage recurring and ad hoc deliverables with organized workflows across time zones.
• Assist communications with PR and investor meeting preparations.
