Job summary

J.P. Morgan Natural Capital seeks an Associate-level Investment Specialist / Investor Relations professional to support fundraising, business development, and client service across its Natural Capital platform.

You will drive investor engagement, prepare fundraising materials, coordinate RFP/DDQ processes, and contribute to the platform’s rebrand and upcoming fund launch, collaborating with global teams across Asset Management and Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, product or investment specialist support, institutional sales support, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent writing and editing skills to create clear client-ready messaging.
• High attention to data accuracy, formatting, and consistency in external materials.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creativity.
• Interest in investments and sustainability stories of natural capital.
• Strong collaboration across internal teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and investor engagement for J.P. Morgan Natural Capital, including pitches and client meetings.
• Coordinate investor-facing workstreams for product launches and market readiness.
• Prepare for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and diligence sessions.
• Manage investor relations deliverables: data rooms, RFPs/DDQs, and inquiries.
• Maintain investor pipeline and meeting notes in partnership with distribution teams.
• Create and refresh marketing materials and intellectual capital aligned with rebrand.
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Develop understanding of timberland strategies and sustainability narratives.
• Support education materials for internal teams and thought leadership.
• Monitor market trends related to timberland and fundraising conditions.
• Project-manage recurring and ad hoc deliverables across time zones.
• Assist communications with press releases and investor meeting prep.
