Job summary

JPMorganChase's Natural Capital team is seeking an Associate-level Investment Specialist / Investor Relations professional to support fundraising, business development, and client service across the Natural Capital platform. The role focuses on investor engagement, materials preparation, and coordination of RFP/DDQ processes with global teams.

You will work with portfolio management, distribution channels, and partner groups to refresh materials and messaging aligned with the rebrand and product

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investor relations or related client-facing roles in asset management or financial services.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to turn complex investment concepts into clear, client-ready messaging.
• Interest in investments and sustainability narratives of natural capital alternatives.
• FINRA Series 7 license, or a commitment to obtain it within the first 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and investor engagement for J.P. Morgan Natural Capital, including preparing for fundraising pitches, client meetings, and periods of team travel.
• Coordinate investor-facing workstreams for product launches, tracking milestones and dependencies, and ensuring materials are prepared for market engagement.
• Coordinate end-to-end preparation for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and diligence sessions, including agendas and logistics.
• Manage and execute investor relations deliverables, including data rooms, RFPs, DDQs, and investor inquiries.
• Create, update, and maintain marketing materials and intellectual capital aligned with the firm's rebrand and roadmap.
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of messaging.
• Develop understanding of timberland strategies and sustainability narrative to communicate to internal partners and clients.
• Prepare training materials and briefing content for internal distribution teams.
