Job summary

Faes & Co seeks an Investor Relations and Fund Operations Associate in Santa Monica. You will help grow and service the Faes & Co Income Fund, building the investor pipeline and producing reporting materials.

You will run operations, including monthly and quarterly reporting, and coordinate with our fund administrator. This role sits with the founder, offering real responsibility and exposure to how a private credit platform is built.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, business, marketing, or communications.
• 2+ years in investor relations, fund operations, or private credit preferred.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a disciplined investor pipeline (HNW, RIAs, family offices, wealth managers).
• Produce monthly fund fact sheets and quarterly investor reports with performance commentary.
• Develop investor presentations and market commentary; coordinate due diligence and onboarding.
• Liaise with external fund administrator on KYC, capital accounts, and filings.
• Maintain CRM and fundraising data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
