Faes & Co is an investment firm in Santa Monica seeking an Investor Relations and Fund Operations Associate to grow and service our investor base for the Faes & Co Income Fund.
You will work closely with the founder on capital raising, reporting, onboarding, and external administrator coordination to scale assets under management.
Faes & Co is an investment firm with a mission to provide investors with a consistent, stable, asset-backed return.
We are an emerging manager led by a founder with a track record of building multi-billion-dollar AUM businesses. This is an opportunity to join the business early and work directly alongside the founder and CEO as we build out our investor and capital markets platform.
Our flagship strategy, the Faes & Co Income Fund, provides investors with access to a portfolio of short-duration, asset-backed real estate loans. The Fund supports the lending activity of F2 Finance, our US private real estate lending business, which originates bridge and fix-and-flip loans to professional real estate investors.
We think of ourselves as an AI-native company. We aim to use modern technology, automation, data, and frontier AI models to operate with greater speed, precision, and leverage than traditional financial services firms. We expect our team members to be curious, practical, and highly capable in using AI tools to improve the quality and velocity of their work.
Faes & Co is seeking an Investor Relations and Fund Operations Associate to help grow and service the investor base for the Faes & Co Income Fund.
This is a hands-on associate role that sits directly with the founder. It is part fund operations, part investor relations, and part sales. You will help build the investor pipeline, produce the materials and reporting that investors rely on, and run the operational machinery of the Fund, including monthly and quarterly reporting, filings, onboarding, and the relationship with our external fund administrator.
This is not a graduate role. You will need at least two years of full-time, post-graduation experience, and you will need to want real responsibility and direct exposure to how a private credit platform is built, rather than a narrow seat in a large firm.
This is an office-based role in Santa Monica, California. Working from our office is required.
You will work very closely with the founder on a daily basis, which means unusual access, fast feedback, and a clear path to grow with the platform as assets under management scale.
Beyond the minimum experience requirement, we care most about drive, judgment, and reliability.
Competitive base salary appropriate to an associate level hire, plus a performance-based bonus or commission linked to capital raised.
