Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, communications, engineering/geoscience or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or related public-company roles.
• Familiarity with mining/natural resources or energy transition is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEC/TSX disclosure practices and public company reporting timelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and delivery of earnings materials, quarterly and annual reports, and AGM materials.
• Draft, edit, and coordinate press releases and investor communications with cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential investors and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain corporate presentations, website content, and investor scripts for events and roadshows.
• Coordinate IR timelines, approvals, and internal inputs for monthly/quarterly updates.
• Monitor peer activity and ownership analytics; provide actionable summaries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to prepare senior management for media appearances.
