Job summary

Korn Ferry is partnering with a U.S. real estate development and investment firm to recruit an Investor Relations Coordinator.

This in-office role focuses on building investor relations infrastructure, coordinating meetings, and producing investor reporting to support future fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have 4–6+ years in investor relations or related fields, with experience working with institutional investors and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in investor relations, real estate investment, capital markets, investor reporting or fundraising support.
• Experience working with institutional investors, family offices, private investors, or external investment partners.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to communicate with investors and senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating investor meetings, calls, conferences, roadshows, and site visits.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and evaluating/implementing a new system.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
• Target Base Compensation: $120K-$140K with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for prospective and current investors.
• Help evaluate, select, implement, and organize a new investor CRM platform.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of investor contacts, interactions, and commitments.
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and site visits with senior leadership.
• Manage internal calendars and logistics for investment and IR teams.
• Prepare regular investor pipeline updates and relationship summaries.
• Coordinate monthly investor reporting with Accounting, Asset Management, and leadership.
• Assist with development of investor reporting templates and data rooms.
