Job summary

PRP Real Assets, a Washington, DC-based private real estate investment management firm, seeks an Investor Relations / Capital Formation professional to support research, CRM, outreach, and reporting. Qualifications

• 5–12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong preference for experience in Investor Relations / Capital Formation within institutional real estate or private markets.
• Excellent written communicator with the polish to interact directly with institutional investors and consultants, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Investor research & intelligence: research LPs, consultants, and capital sources; verify decision-makers; translate into investor intelligence.
• CRM, pipeline & outreach: manage Backstop data, track outreach, meetings and pipeline; customize outreach.
• Investor meeting prep & follow-up: prepare briefs, organize follow-ups, coordinate DDQs/RFPs.
• Conferences & capital formation activity: research conferences, analyze attendee lists, support logistics and tracking.
• Reporting & process: prepare weekly capital formation materials; maintain analyses, prospect lists, and pipelines; improve processes.
