Job summary

Coda Search in partnership with an asset management firm seeks an Investor Relations Associate to support its real estate platform. The role spans fundraising, relationship management, and capital markets, collaborating with senior IR professionals, investment teams, and external investors.

You will oversee investor communications, advance fundraising efforts, and deliver an exceptional investor experience, contributing to marketing materials, due diligence, and roadshows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in investor relations or capital formation.
• Experience with alternative investments (credit experience required).
• Thorough knowledge of the institutional investor landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Exceptionally organized and able to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily coverage and servicing of institutional investors across private credit and alternative credit.
• Collaborate with senior fundraising professionals to create/update investor materials and manage communications across the fundraising cycle.
• Develop and refresh marketing documents including pitchbooks, tear sheets, fact sheets, quarterly updates, and DDQ/RFP responses.
• Serve as a primary contact for investor questions with prompt, precise responses.
• Record and monitor fundraising activity, investor engagement, pipeline status, and meeting notes in the CRM.
• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and presentations, managing logistics and follow-up.
• Track fundraising pipelines and help advance execution across funds, products, and strategies.
• Participate in projects involving new products and improvements to IR and capital raising processes.
