You will oversee investor communications, advance fundraising efforts, and deliver an exceptional investor experience, contributing to marketing materials, due diligence, and roadshows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in investor relations or capital formation.

• Thorough knowledge of the institutional investor landscape.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily coverage and servicing of institutional investors across private credit and alternative credit.
• Collaborate with senior fundraising professionals to create/update investor materials and manage communications across the fundraising cycle.
• Develop and refresh marketing documents including pitchbooks, tear sheets, fact sheets, quarterly updates, and DDQ/RFP responses.
• Serve as a primary contact for investor questions with prompt, precise responses.
• Record and monitor fundraising activity, investor engagement, pipeline status, and meeting notes in the CRM.
• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and presentations, managing logistics and follow-up.
• Track fundraising pipelines and help advance execution across funds, products, and strategies.
• Participate in projects involving new products and improvements to IR and capital raising processes.

The position combines responsibilities across fundraising, relationship management, and capital markets, and involves close collaboration with senior investor relations professionals, investment teams, and outside investors. The Associate will be central to overseeing investor communications, advancing fundraising efforts, and providing an exceptional experience for investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the daily coverage and servicing of institutional investors across the firm’s private credit and alternative credit platform.
• Collaborate with senior fundraising professionals to create and update investor marketing materials, organize fundraising efforts, and manage investor communications throughout the capital raising cycle.
• Develop and refresh a wide variety of marketing and due diligence documents, including pitchbooks, fund presentations, tear sheets, fact sheets, quarterly updates, and DDQ and RFP responses.
• Act as a primary contact for investor questions, providing prompt, precise, and professional responses to prospective and current investors.
• Record and monitor fundraising activity, investor engagement, pipeline status, and meeting notes in the firm’s CRM platform.
• Organize investor meetings, annual meetings, roadshows, conferences, and ad hoc presentations, managing all logistics and follow-up.
• Track fundraising pipelines and help advance execution across a range of funds, products, and investment strategies.
• Participate in special projects involving new product launches, strategic initiatives, and improvements to investor relations and capital raising processes.
