Job summary

Coda Search is working with a leading global asset management firm to add an Investor Relations Associate. The role supports senior IR professionals in fundraising, investor communications, reporting, and strategic engagement with a diverse institutional investor base.

The Associate will collaborate with investment teams on investor materials, market intelligence, and CRM management, while helping organize investor meetings and roadshows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement
• 2+ years of investor relations or related experience
• Experience in asset management, investment banking, or private markets is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Support capital raising efforts with senior fundraisers and manage relationships with institutional investors.
• Coordinate communications and investor requests with existing and prospective LPs.
• Prepare and update investor materials, quarterly letters, reports, and RFP responses.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support fundraising and engagement.
• Maintain and document investor interactions and pipeline in CRM.
• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and ad hoc presentations.
• Assist across multiple investment vehicles by tracking investor activity.
