Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support client relationships across its funds, coordinating with investments, marketing, and asset management to prepare client materials and investor reporting.

You will help onboard new investors, maintain investor contact databases, and assist with capital calls, distributions, and subscription reviews. This position is full-time and based in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Real Estate, or Finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; able to develop internal reports and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
• Maintain investor databases and documentation.
• Prepare and review capital calls and distribution notices.
• Assist onboarding of new investors.
• Coordinate with legal and acquisition teams on subscription agreements.
