Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in investor relations, fund reporting, or fund administration.
• Familiarity with SEC compliance, Form ADV or Form D filings, or fund audit support.
• AppFolio or any other investor relations platform experience preferred.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for partners; respond to questions on K-1s, portal access, distributions, and document location.
• Produce quarterly reporting by aggregating asset-level data into fund-level models and writing performance updates for each asset.
• Coordinate partner distributions, including calculations and processing through platforms.
• Adhere to strict reporting deadlines and assist with capital raise processes.
• Manage onboarding and compliance through investor subscriptions and platform setup.
• Create investment memos by pulling comps and due diligence findings.
• Prepare acquisition and sale communications for assets.
• Draft and coordinate LinkedIn posts and other marketing content.
• Capture and organize before-and-after photos/videos of assets.
• Support annual financial statement audits and coordinate with external auditors.
