Role Description

Flexstone is seeking an Associate to join a small team of Investor Relations professionals to focus on the

f irm’s client service and fund-raising ef forts. The Associate will serve the global base of all Flexstone clients, with primary responsibility for communication with clients of the US managed funds and mandates , in order to enhance the client development and fundraising ef forts and increase engagement with prospective investors and existing investors. The Associate will also liaise with various groups internally such as the Investment and the Operations teams in order to collect and to aggregate performance metrics and other data needed for marketing and client service purposes. The Associate will also be responsible for performing quantitative, qualitative, and administrative assignments to directly support Flexstone’s client engagement, development, and expansion. This recruitment is occurring in the context of the rapid growth of the firm.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, French fluency is a plus
• Investor Relations and Communication skills
• Analytical Skills and Investments knowledge
• 2-4 year of experience in Private Equity or alternative assets
• Strong analytical, marketing organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Problem solving skills and self -starter with the ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part
• of a broader team. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of ESG principles in investments is a plus

Primary Responsibilities

• Client Service: Front person in charge of investor relations to receive requests, process and

communicate answers to existing investors of Flexstone managed funds, with a primary focus on

the investors of the US managed vehicles. Maintain existing investors f iles and onboard new

investors, including with the management of the KYC/AML documentation. Assist with Advisory

Board meetings and client meetings preparations.

• Marketing: Update marketing and client materials, including pitch books, regular reporting, and due

diligence materials and assist with client portfolio reviews. Update industry data providers and

consulting f irms’ databases. Participate in RFP responses, marketing collateral creation

(PowerPoint slides, Word documents), DDQ responses, and general responses to potential

investor inquiries.

• Administrative: scheduling calls and meetings, taking meeting notes during calls and meetings,

CRM maintenance and updates, post call or meeting follow-up. Assist with updating and

maintaining internal Investor Relations policies and procedures.

• Cross collaboration with other Flexstone of f ices and teammates to coordinate on marketing

collateral and ef forts

Compensation

US$95,000-US$135,000 per annum, including discretionary bonus, depending on

experience and performance assumed in line with expectations.
