Job Title: Investor Relations Associate / Vice President

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 2/3 Days in Office)

A growing private equity real estate firm is seeking its first dedicated Investor Relations professional to help scale investor outreach and fundraising efforts. With a strong track record and plans to raise a second fund this year, this is a rare opportunity to build the IR function from the ground up while also contributing to business development and capital raising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relations: Manage LP communications, reporting, and investor requests.
  • Fundraising Support: Help drive capital raising efforts, targeting RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Business Development: Expand outreach and build relationships with new investors.
  • Marketing & Strategy: Develop fund marketing materials, presentations, and investor updates.

Who We’re Looking For:

3-7 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or business development within private equity, real estate, or alternatives.

Strong communicator with the ability to engage existing LPs and source new relationships.

Entrepreneurial mindset—someone who thrives in a fast-growing, hands-on environment.

A rolodex is a plus, but we’re looking for high-energy, adaptable athletes who can grow into the role.
