Company Overview:

An independent real estate investment management firm with approximately $12 billion in assets under management is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Associate. The role will support the firm's Head of Investor Relations and contribute to both investor relations and business development.

An independent real estate investment management firm with approximately $12 billion in assets under management is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Associate. The role will support the firm's Head of Investor Relations and contribute to both investor relations and business development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Face off with the investment team and head of fundraising to gather information for LP's and marketing collateral
• Attend LP meeting
• Coordinate with Head of Investor Relations to manage correspondence with existing investors
• Prepare Managing Partners and Head of IR for all investor calls and meetings
• Collaborate with Head of IR to design and update relevant marketing materials, fund updates, and website
• Manage request for proposals and due diligence questionnaires
• Screen for prospective investors and assist Head of IR in planning roadshows
• Maintain existing LP and prospective LP databases
• Work closely with all firm professionals, including the Managing Partners, investment professionals, and Finance Team
• Prepare investor communication in conjunction with the Finance Team including capital call notices and distributions
• Assist in planning for the firm’s annual investor meeting
• Maintain professional dialogue with all firm counterparties
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in investor relations or business development within the real estate or financial services industry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
