Job summary

Affinius Capital in New York is seeking an Associate to support fundraising and investor due diligence. You will manage project workflows, prepare fundraising materials and coordinate responses across Compliance, Legal, Finance and Portfolio Management.

The role offers exposure to C-suite stakeholders and the closing process, with a base salary around $125,000 plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in private equity real estate or investor relations or financial communications.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support fund launches and product development with fundraising materials.
• Coordinate investor documentation and the subscription/closing processes.
• Track deliverables and deadlines across active and pipeline raises.
• Prepare and maintain investor presentations and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Finance and Analytics teams.
• Prepare DDQs and respond to investor requests with timely information.
• Own the execution and tracking of due diligence items through to close.
