Job summary

Coda Search partners with a leading asset management firm to hire an Investor Relations Associate in New York. This client-facing role supports relationships with institutional investors and private wealth clients, exposing you to multiple asset classes and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare investor materials, respond to inquiries, and assist with onboarding, capital calls, and reporting while ensuring compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in private wealth management or investor relations.
• Experience across multiple asset classes, with exposure to alternatives preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for private wealth and institutional clients with timely insights into investment strategies.
• Prepare and update marketing and investor materials across asset classes, with focus on alternatives.
• Respond to client inquiries with portfolio updates and product details in a clear, professional manner.
• Support onboarding, capital calls, and investor-related initiatives with cross-team collaboration.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and compliance to ensure compliant communications and reporting.
