Position Summary:

Praxis Capital Management is hiring an Associate in Investor Relations to join our team. This individual will work directly with the management team of Praxis and the Managing Director of Investor Relations and help with the future growth of the business. This is a forward-facing role that requires a very organized approach and will be tasked with being the point person for all current and prospective investors.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with prospective and current investors
• Oversee all record keeping and planning with regards to investor communications and outreach efforts and to keep detailed records of all communications
• Be able to represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, etc
• Be able to articulate the firm’s strategy and vision in the current market landscape
• Interface with Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) software to help keep track of investors

Requirements:

• Understand complex financial concepts and be able to effectively communicate them to knowledgeable investors
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• Ability to connect with investors and handle meetings independently
• Willing to travel to meet with investors, attend conferences, etc
• Detail oriented, extremely organized, diligent
• Strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and adaptable and able to operate without continuous supervision
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to focus in an open office trading environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in Investment Banking and/or Investment Management strongly preferred
