As an employee of Sterling Management, LLC (“Company”), the Investor Relations Associate will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the REITs, serving as a key partner to our investors. The Investor Relations Associate must be an assertive problem solver, providing professional, diligent, and courteous assistance to each REIT’s Governing Boards, officers, shareholders, and unitholders. To be successful in this role, the Investor Relations Associate must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and be able to accommodate the working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals across all levels of the Company. This role will be responsible for processing investor transactions that include preparing general correspondence and memos; completing various reports and projects; performing administrative duties; creating presentation and communication materials; and tending to day-to-day investor related inquiries and tasks.
