Bullpen, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Associate to join a dynamic and growing real estate investment platform. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role at a firm actively expanding its investor base and refining its capital raise operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key liaison between the firm and its investor base, ensuring clear and compelling communication around fund strategies, performance, and market activity

• Manage inbound investor inquiries and ensure timely, high-quality follow-up

• Guide new investors through onboarding, pitch materials, and investment documentation via InvestNext

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, providing regular updates on fund performance and strategy

• Support the creation and distribution of investor reports, presentations, and market insights

• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and occasional events to drive engagement

• Ensure accurate CRM tracking and compliance with reporting and regulatory obligations

• Monitor capital markets and real estate trends to inform investor messaging

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Real Estate Finance, or related functions

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; confident interfacing with HNW individuals

• Financial literacy and comfort discussing investment structures and real estate fundamentals

• Experience with CRM and investor portals (GoHighLevel, InvestNext, HubSpot, or similar)

• Self-starter mentality with a bias for action, iteration, and refinement

• Remote role based in EST or CST; minimal travel, with occasional conferences possible
