Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, review and respond to client inquiries promptly, coordinating with internal and external teams as needed.
• Review and process investor onboarding documentation (Subscription, Tax, AML).
• Manage investor activity updates and static data changes (transfers, name changes, contact info, wire instructions).
• Maintain investor records across multiple systems.
• Prepare reports and notices for sponsor funds and investors (ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Handle investor audit confirmations and recurring deliverables.
• Distribute and review fund and investor correspondence (capital calls, distributions, statements).
• Track capital call wires and prepare capital distribution payments.
• Train less experienced staff and review first-level deliverables.
• Ensure work aligns with service level agreements.
• Participate in special projects and operate efficiently under deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics.
• 2-10 years’ experience in financial services, especially private equity or hedge funds investor services.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills.
• Ability to multitask with strict deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
