About the Role

Director, Investor Relations

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Investor Relations to join our private company with a diverse set of shareholders. This role is pivotal in managing our complex governance structure and balancing the needs of our stakeholders while maintaining our global footprint.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of shareholders, investors and ensuring transparent and effective communication
• Governance: Navigate and manage the complexities of our governance structure, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies and shareholder interests
• Global Footprint: Oversee investor relations activities across multiple regions, adapting strategies to meet local and global requirements
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and other relevant communications to stakeholders: Produces quarterly and annual shareholder reports
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement investor relations strategies that support the company's long-term goals
• Coordination: Organize and manage investor meetings and other related stakeholder events, foster positive relationships and provide updates on company performance
• Ad Hoc support for Executive leadership as needed

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields, with a proven track record in managing complex governance structures and stakeholder relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions
• Ability to convert complex financial information into understandable text
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Experience working in a global environment and understanding of international market dynamics
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future

Overview of Benefits

• Competitive base salary, bonus, and stock options. Based on experience, the base salary range for this position is $175K to $210K
