Role: Investor Relations Associate
Salary: $100K - $120K base + discretionary bonus
Location: New York, New York *Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site*

Job Description:

The Investor Relations Associate will work collaboratively to support the IR team with the creation of marketing materials. Responsibilities are inclusive of the following:

Responsibilities:

1. Act as day-to-day point of contact for contact requests and relationship development
2. Client support inclusive of drafting responses, consultant inquiries and the creation of client presentations
3. Timely creation of marketing requests such as Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
4. Work cross-functionally amongst various internal teams including Fund Administration, Operations, Investments, Legal, and Compliance
5. Assist in meeting execution

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 4+ years of experience within the asset management industry, a year or two of private equity experience highly preferred
3. Ability to work collaboratively, strong communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
