LHH is seeking a dynamic Investor Relations Associate for a Real Estate Investment firm in Rockland County, NY. The successful candidate will manage investor communications, prepare reports, and support the CEO in investor interactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Investor Relations experience in Real Estate or private equity.
• Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and disseminate investor updates, quarterly reports, capital call notices, distribution notices, and ad‑hoc communications
• Draft clear, concise, and investor‑ready emails, letters, and summaries
• Prepare and update pitchbooks, property summaries, presentations, and market updates
• Support CEO with investor communications (updates, presentations, and ad hoc notices)
• Coordinate quarterly investor reporting from draft to final approval

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
• 3+ years of Investor Relations experience within Real Estate or private equity
• Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts
• Expert Excel skills and advanced exposure to AI and Business Intelligence tools

Compensation

$105,000 - $120,000 + Bonus
