Qualifications

• 3+ years of Investor Relations experience in Real Estate or private equity.
• Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts.
• Expertise in Excel and familiarity with AI and Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and disseminate investor updates and reports.
• Draft investor-ready communications and summaries.
• Update pitchbooks and market presentations.
• Support CEO with investor communications.
• Coordinate quarterly investor reporting.
