Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business-related field; GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Relevant internship or 1–2 years of experience in investor relations or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for wealth investors, financial advisors, and platforms.
• Respond to investor requests regarding capital activity, statements, tax documents, and fund performance.
• Act as liaison with investors and transfer agents on subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls, and distributions.
• Reconcile investor records between internal systems and third-party administrators.
• Monitor subscription and redemption cycles to meet deadlines across fund vehicles.
• Develop investor marketing materials and provide updated performance data to investors.
