TG Capital Management LLC is an alternative asset management firm specializing in managing a debt and equity fund. Our primary strategy focuses on selling short-dated credit protection on high-yield and distressed companies. We are seeking a motivated Associate to lead our Capital Raising and Investor Relations efforts from our Midtown Manhattan office.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, onsite position for an investor relations professional. The Associate will play a key role in driving capital raising initiatives and managing investor relationships. Responsibilities include:

• Leading investor communications and relationship management with prospective and current investors
• Supporting fundraising efforts and strategic investor engagement
• Preparing and maintaining investor materials, including pitchbooks, quarterly letters, DDQs, RFPs, and RFIs
• Managing CRM systems, contact lists, and industry databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborating with internal team to align investor messaging with firm strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of client service or investor relations experience within financial services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective investor engagement
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Solid understanding of macroeconomics, financial markets, and alternative investments
• Familiarity with digital content platforms and marketing analytics tools

• Compensation is base pay ($100k), health benefits plus a bonus tied to fundraising achievements
