Job summary

Twin Bridge Capital Partners, LLC is seeking an Analyst to support the Capital Formation and Investor Relations Team in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on fundraising strategy, data compilation, and client communications across fund offerings.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in finance-related roles, strong Excel and presentation skills, and experience with CRMs. The team collaborates with investment, finance, and operations teams to deliver accurate, compelling materials.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with excellent academic credentials.
0–2 years of experience in financial services, investing, and/or marketing for a finance-related firm.
Strong Excel skills: building complex spreadsheets and charts.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; PowerBI a plus.
Experience with CRMs (DealCloud preferred).

Responsibilities

Assist with responding to external requests for data and marketing material.
Maintain and update marketing collateral and data-driven charts used in presentations.
Track fundraising components and AML documentation.
Use advanced Excel to aggregate data and create performance exhibits for internal and external presentations.
Produce quarterly client reports with verifications of data accuracy.
Manage online consultant databases and investor portals with relevant firm data.
Update CRM content, investor portals, and data rooms as needed.
Maintain logs for compliant distribution of marketing materials.
Research and identify prospective clients.
