You will analyze ownership data, prepare reports, and support senior team members in client meetings. You will collaborate with global colleagues to share insights, deliver high-quality experiences, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in capital markets, investor relations, financial services, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with data tools and models.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients, including senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret ownership data from multiple sources to identify shareholder positions, peer benchmarks, and market trends, delivering reports to clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted relationships and ensuring service aligns with investor relations needs.
• Conduct regular client outreach to share market developments, sector updates, and strategic insights that support client preparedness and competitiveness.
• Develop presentation materials and support senior team members in client meetings, contributing to relationship development and client retention.
• Collaborate with global colleagues and internal partners to share knowledge and deliver a high-quality client experience.
